Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Cardiac Telemetry/Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, monitor patients with cardiac and medical-surgical conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Position Highlights

- Days or Nights Available (Rotating Weekends)
- 45-Bed Cardiac Telemetry / Med-Surg Unit
- Sign-On Bonus Available
- Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case))
Shift Differentials
- Nights: $4.25/hr
- Weekends: $3/hr
Sign-On Bonus
- Days: Up to $15,000
- Nights: Up to $25,000
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions throughout hospitalization
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications
- Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (within the last 4 years)
- Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
- ASN or BSN required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required within 90 days of hire
