Diagnostic Radiologist

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity in North-Central Arkansas's scenic Ozark Lakes region, Bull Shoals.

Clinical Scope

The radiologist will interpret studies for an established regional healthcare network that includes a hospital, outpatient imaging, and clinic settings.

Primary modalities include:

• Computed tomography
• Magnetic resonance imaging
• Ultrasound
• General radiography
• Emergency and inpatient imaging
• Outpatient diagnostic imaging

Mammography and PET experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently
• Provide timely reports for hospital, outpatient, emergency, and clinic-based examinations
• Communicate significant and urgent findings to referring clinicians
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, nurses, and clinical support teams
• Recommend additional imaging or follow-up when clinically appropriate
• Participate in peer review and quality-assurance activities
• Maintain complete and timely documentation
• Support departmental patient-safety and performance-improvement initiatives
• Meet applicable credentialing, privileging, and regulatory requirements

Schedule

Two weekday schedule options are available:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

There are no regularly scheduled nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Eligibility for medical-staff appointment and clinical privileges
• Experience interpreting CT, MRI, ultrasound, and general radiography
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Mammography and PET experience preferred but not required
