Role Description The Territory Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Boston, responsible for driving sales of building envelope solutions within an assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, visiting job sites, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting solutions to architects, contractors, and building owners. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and closing opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Territory Sales Agent will maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, responsive service, and ongoing support, including coordinating training sessions and technical assistance with manufacturer partners. This position also requires staying current on product specifications, sustainability standards, and industry trends to effectively advise clients and support long-term projects. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and follow-through. Proven sales skills, including territory management, pipeline development, and negotiation in B2B or construction-related markets. Experience with insurance or risk-related considerations in construction projects, or the ability to learn relevant coverage and compliance aspects. Ability to deliver training and product demonstrations to contractors, architects, and clients in group and one-on-one settings. Knowledge of building envelope systems, construction materials, or related technical products is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, including time management, documentation, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greater Boston territory for site visits and client meetings.
