Territory Sales Representative

Guardian Business Group is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Territory Sales Representatives . In this role, you will work directly with small and mid-sized business owners in an assigned territory to provide supplemental insurance solutions for their employees.

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships, managing their own schedule, and developing a long-term sales career. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required . We provide training, coaching, and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with small and mid-sized business owners throughout your assigned territory
• Identify business needs and present supplemental insurance solutions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners and clients
• Develop and manage your own book of business
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Manage your daily schedule and sales activities
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
• Work toward individual sales and production goals

Compensation

• Estimated annual earnings: $78,000$90,000 , based on commissions, bonuses, and applicable draw compensation
• Weekly draw available during the first 6 weeks
• Commission opportunities begin immediately
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
• Opportunities for incentive travel and additional rewards
• Renewal compensation, including potential lifetime vesting after meeting applicable requirements

Important: Compensation is performance-based and actual earnings will vary based on individual production and other factors.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Motivated and self-directed
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and other professionals
• Strong relationship builders with good customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage their own schedule
• Comfortable working toward performance-based goals
• Willing to obtain the required Health and Life insurance licenses
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of post-high-school work experience preferred. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with relevant sales experience or candidates who are close to completing a degree.

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday through Friday
• Flexible scheduling within business and client needs
• Occasional weekend activities or travel may be available or required
