This isn't a desk-bound sales position. You'll be out in the market building relationships, creating opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner to real estate professionals.

You'll work directly with:

• Real Estate Brokerages
• Independent Real Estate Agents
• Real Estate Offices
• Mortgage & Title Professionals
• Other Real Estate Industry Partners

Your goal is simple: build relationships, generate business, grow your territory, and create long-term partnerships.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Develop new business through prospecting and networking
• Build relationships with agents, brokers, and real estate offices
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations
• Schedule and host Lunch & Learns, office presentations, and agent training
• Visit offices throughout your territory and maintain a strong local presence
• Attend real estate networking events and industry functions
• Educate partners on our home warranty products and programs
• Generate referrals and turn relationships into new accounts
• Support and grow existing accounts
• Keep your CRM and sales pipeline up to date
• Track activity and consistently hit sales goals
• Become the go-to resource for your real estate partners

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for business to come to them.

You should have:

• 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
• 2+ years of proven direct or outside sales success
• An existing book of business or strong professional network in Real Estate, Mortgage, Title, or Home Warranty
• A proven ability to prospect, network, build relationships, and close business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
