Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $19.50

What You'll Do:

• Perform general cardiothoracic, vascular, and thoracic surgeries including coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, aneurysm repairs, and lung resections
• Evaluate and manage patients with complex cardiac and thoracic conditions
• Assist with endarterectomy procedures on carotid and renal arteries
• Provide ventilation management and bronchoscopies as needed
• Collaborate with hospital staff onsite for acute care procedures
• Cover call responsibilities, with flexibility for ongoing or sporadic needs
• Ensure documentation in EPIC system and adhere to hospital protocols

What You Need:

• Ohio medical license and Board Certification or eligibility in Surgery with specialized training in cardiothoracic and vascular procedures
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant surgical experience
• Ability to perform complex procedures (e.g., bypass, valve repair, aneurysm repair)
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with hospital team
