Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement and relationship building. Maintain and develop client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems. Learn and maintain deep product knowledge across all categories to provide informed advice. Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations and a positive environment. Requirements Previous retail experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end market. Strong sales and commercial mindset with the ability to meet sales goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele. Willingness to learn, adapt, and use clienteling tools and systems.
