Our 9 agents automate the full revenue cycle from eligibility verification and new patient outreach to denial management, prior authorization, and cash reconciliation. We are one year old, growing fast, and already driving a 60% increase in cash flow for customers like La Clínica de la Raza. The Role You will sit directly in the office of the CEO working across product, customer success, business development, and executive operations. No two days look the same. This is the fastest way to learn how a high-growth startup actually works. What You’ll Do Translate customer feedback into product requirements and track roadmap progress Support onboarding of new FQHC customers kickoff coordination, data collection, implementation timelines Research prospective customers and support RFP responses, proposals, and conference presentations Manage CEO priorities, calendar, briefing documents, and follow-up on key commitments Monitor customer health metrics and flag issues before they elevate Fill gaps if something is falling through the cracks, you fix it Research prospective customers FQHCs, community health centers, GPO networks and build outreach lists Support RFP responses, proposals, and conference presentations Prepare materials for investor conversations and partnership discussions Track pipeline activity and help maintain CRM records Attend conferences and industry events with the CEO What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (May 2025 or 2026 graduate) Strong written and verbal communication Genuine curiosity about AI and technology High organizational competence you can manage multiple workstreams without dropping things Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, figures things out Able to work full-time on-site in Seattle, WA Preferred Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or health administration Familiarity with AI tools or software products Experience with CRM, project management, or analytics platforms Prior startup or technology internship experience What You’ll Get Direct mentorship from the CEO a former Amazon AWS General Manager and seasoned operator Real ownership from day one; your work will matter immediately A front-row seat to AI disrupting a $400B+ administrative market Meaningful mission: every dollar recovered funds care for vulnerable patients Competitive salary, benefits, and equity in a high-growth startup #J-18808-Ljbffr mvue.ai
