Your Responsibilities Include

• Conduct Full-Cycle Searches from initial contact to placement.

• Employ Strategic Sourcing through our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS, along with your extensive network and our proprietary communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates effectively, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for clients and substantial commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership to elevate our agency's profile — as well as yours.
