Litigation Associate Location: New York, NY or Washington, D.C. A prestigious international law firm is seeking exceptional litigation associates to join its high-performing team in New York or Washington, D.C. The role involves supporting trial teams in high-stakes, complex disputes, working alongside some of the most experienced litigators in the market. The position offers significant responsibility, client exposure, and a clear trajectory for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Handle complex commercial litigation matters from pre-trial through to resolution. Draft dispositive and discovery motions, pleadings, and supporting memoranda. Participate in document review, deposition preparation, and strategy development. Collaborate with partners and senior associates on trial preparation and case management. Engage directly with clients across a variety of industries and dispute types. Who You Are Class years 2021 and above, with litigation experience gained at an Am Law firm. Federal clerkship and law journal experience strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality advocacy. Strong writing, analytical, and organisational skills. Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
