Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapeutic interventions that empower them to meet functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' mobility, cognition, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and resources to patients and caregivers to support ongoing improvement and therapeutic progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary to keep clients on track toward their goals.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
• Continuing education or relevant certifications will be encouraged and supported.

Required Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
