Junior Recruitment Consultant – Data Center Construction
Location: Coral Gables, Miami, USA
Konstruct is hiring an ambitious, entry-level Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Miami team and build a career in one of the fastest-growing markets in the US.
About Us
Konstruct launched in the US in 2023 and is now scaling rapidly within the data center (mission-critical construction) sector. Backed by over a decade of experience from our parent company, Koda Tech, we combine startup energy with proven systems and support.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to break into recruitment, sales, or the data center industry. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to quickly take ownership of your own market as you develop.
No prior recruitment experience is required- just drive, curiosity, and the willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment and business development
- Support candidate sourcing and client outreach across the US
- Build relationships with professionals in a high-demand industry
- Develop your own niche market as you grow
- Contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling business

- Based in Miami or able to commute to Coral Gables
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to new people
