Lead Recruitment Consultant – Data Center Construction (Konstruct)
Location: Coral Gables, Miami, USA
Konstruct is hiring a Lead Recruitment Consultant to help build and scale our US business within the data center (mission-critical construction) market.

The Opportunity
This is a day-one leadership role with full ownership of your own vertical. You won’t inherit a desk - you’ll build one, developing your market, clients, and strategy in a high-demand, talent-short sector.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow your own recruitment vertical
- Develop client relationships across the US data center construction market
- Lead business development and market expansion
- Contribute to brand positioning and future team growth
