About the Role

The Company is seeking a Business Development Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and expanding revenue by creating business opportunities within their assigned territory. The position requires a minimum of 5 years' of business development experience, with a proven track record of high performance, and the ability to multitask and manage numerous large clients while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Business Development Vice President position at the company should have a background in internal business development, such as a top-performing Practice Director, Branch Director, or account manager in a staffing organization. The role demands excellent collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly at the C-suite level.
