Описание Описания нет Задачи Подключать, активировать и развивать партнёров по RU GEO, в том числе из собственной базы. Искать новые источники качественного трафика: вебмастеров, арбитражные команды, соло‑вебов, владельцев SEO‑ и контентных площадок, рекламные и affiliate‑сети. Запускать и масштабировать кампании по моделям CPA, RevShare и Hybrid. Контролировать качество трафика, оценивать конверсии и экономику связок; выявлять фродовый, невалидный и экономически неэффективный трафик. Поддерживать стабильность объёмов и находить новые точки роста affiliate‑канала. Вести понятную регулярную отчётность по партнёрам, объёмам, качеству и результатам оптимизации. Требования Опыт работы Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager от 2 лет в вертикали iGaming. Собственная активная база партнёров на RU GEO — обязательное требование. Опыт контроля качества трафика и взаимодействия с антифродом. Свободное владение русским языком. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы в крупном iGaming‑проекте, продуктовой компании или affiliate‑сети на рынках СНГ — большой плюс; Английский на уровне деловой переписки будет плюсом. Условия Полностью удалённая работа. После успешного прохождения испытательного срока компенсация и вилка дохода обсуждаются индивидуально с учётом опыта, качества партнёрской базы и достигнутых результатов. Оплачиваемый отпуск. Возможность участвовать в профильных конференциях по согласованию.
