Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing and growing the company’s affiliate and partner network. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting new affiliates, onboarding partners, and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue and brand visibility. The role involves monitoring affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The Affiliate Manager will coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring consistent messaging and effective promotions. This position also includes negotiating agreements, resolving issues, and continually testing new strategies to maximize ROI and expand the program.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Affiliate Management and Account Management to oversee partnerships, optimize programs, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to negotiate, present performance insights, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Online Marketing skills to drive acquisition, increase conversions, and align affiliate campaigns with overall revenue goals.
- Candidates should have analytical abilities, including proficiency with performance metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should have experience with e-commerce or consumer products, and familiarity with major affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
