Business Systems Analysis Sr. Advisor

• Detailed job description
• Ideal candidate has Avaya Callback Assist implementations
• Large call center / Contact center experience is a must
• Telecom carrier experience is nice to have
• Avaya Breeze implementations are a plus

Day to Day Activities:

• Need a senior level PM for high visibility project to implement Avaya Callback assist globally
• Will work closely with the Program Manager for Telecom Enablement
• This may go into next year's roadmap
• Will work closely with the business supporting Services Deployment and Support, Global Business Operations (Sales and Care), and Dell Financial Services
• Will work with Avaya account managers and engineers to implement CBA
• Will work with Dell engineers to implement CBA
• List of must haves for contractor to be successful in this role (EX: Education requirements, software skill sets, licenses or certifications, etc.) Waterfall methodology primarily, Agile is a plus
• Experienced PM skills especially schedule management and risk management
