Overseeing daily functions, promoting company policies & complying with guidelines. Quarterly check-ins with your team of direct reports. Weekly L10's with the assistance from regional branch managersMonitoring retail sales and accountability for all branchesRegular visits and travel to all branch stores in IL, MO, and KSAccountable for performance on key scorecard metrics for each branchAdministrative sales and customer service support for all sales groups including Retail/Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Tech Center.Support CK relationship with outside organizations (MCA, ASA, SMACNA, AWS, etc)Serve on the product committee and other committees as neededFollow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitorsOther duties, as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSHigher Education Degree5 years management experience in a similar type of role Preferred welding equipment and gas knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to handle diverse individuals and situations in a professional mannerProficient in operating office equipment, including but not limited to computer, phone, fax machine, etc...Proficient in basic computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to move and handle merchandise up to 50lbs.Must be able to sit for long periods of time as well as ability to stoop, twist, kneel and bend WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING HEREHeadquartered in St. Louis, MO, CK Supply Inc. has been the definitive source for metalworking and gas related technologies for over 75 years.
