• Salary/Pay Rate:$22 – $24+ per hour (Based on experience).

• Location: Savannah, GA (Travel Required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday.

• Project Scope: Residential & Commercial Exterior Specialty Construction.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.

You will launch your career in the skilled trades by assisting in the installation of high-end architectural systems at prestigious coastal properties and resorts. This entry-level role provides direct mentorship from expert installers, offering you a clear path to advance into lead positions. You will drive the success of complex projects across the Southeast for a company that has defined craftsmanship since 1975 while benefiting from consistent year-round work and a strong pipeline of high-end projects.

• Support the installation of custom motorized pergolas, awnings, and sunrooms at luxury residential and commercial sites.

• Assist crew leaders with precise measurements, assembly of structural components, and specialized fastening tasks.

• Maintain a safe and organized job site by managing material flow and ensuring all tools are properly handled.

• Execute the loading and unloading of high-quality materials and equipment to ensure project readiness.

• Utilize hand and power tools daily to complete diverse tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.

• Develop technical expertise in carpentry and mechanical systems through structured on-the-job training.

• Strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform labor in various outdoor weather conditions.

• Comfort working at heights, including the frequent use of ladders and elevated surfaces.

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites throughout the region.

• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, or general hands-on labor.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to assist with team communication.

• A strong interest in pursuing a long-term professional career within the specialty construction trades.

• Hourly Pay: $24 – $25+ per hour (based on experience)
