We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Counter Parts Person to joining our team. If you enjoy helping customers, know your way around outdoor power equipment, and can keep a parts department running smoothly, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- - Assist customers at the counter with parts lookups and purchases
- - Use manufacturer systems (STIHL, Toro, etc.) to identify correct parts
- - Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- - Maintain parts inventory, restock shelves, and receive shipments.
- - Work closely with mechanics to supply parts for repairs.
- - Keep the front counter clean, organized and customer ready.
What We Are Looking For
- - Experience with small engine or outdoor power equipment parts (preferred_
- - Ability to read diagrams and perform accurate parts lookups
- - Strong communication and customer-service skills
- - Reliable, organized and able to multitask
- - Comfortable using computers and manufacture portals
