Maintenance TechnicianOur client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Prattville, AL (Pine Level) Pay Range: $30.00/hourWhat's the Job?Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and 480V electrical systems.Diagnose and resolve issues on PLC-controlled equipment to minimize downtime.Read and interpret machine schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures while supporting production operations.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED required.1-2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and 480V electrical equipment.Ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and read electrical/mechanical schematics.Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to use hand and power tools safely.What's in it for me?Competitive pay at $30.00/hour.Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and technology.Career growth and skill development opportunities.Stable employment with an established manufacturing operation.Safety-focused, team-oriented work environment.
