As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, leading a team of talented individuals and providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated employees
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent
Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Basic understanding/ ability to use technology (computers, tablets, cell phones/ applications, etc)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts
