About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of training defenders and advocating for policy and legislation on behalf of youth in the juvenile delinquency system. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, values-driven leader with a strong background in management, fundraising, and a deep commitment to equity and justice reform.
