Job Title Receptionist Location 1691 U.S. Highway 9, Toms River, NJ 08755 Department Administration Pay Range $17.35 - $18.96 per hour Schedule Full Time Day Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm Essential Functions Warmly greet and direct individuals, answer questions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Assist outpatient clients with securing personal belongings in designated lockers, support visitor management, and perform clerical and administrative duties as needed to support hospital operations. Strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel), and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Preferred: 2 to 3 years of office experience with general knowledge of secretarial methods.
