We’re working with a highly respected civil engineering firm to find a Practice Leader – Land/Site Development for their growing Fort Worth team. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll have both technical and business leadership responsibilities, including: Leading a team of project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver top‑tier site development projects. Managing design and production of plans/specs for multi‑family, commercial/retail, and industrial developments, including: Paving. Grading. Drainage. Water and sanitary sewer systems. Storm sewer and other site infrastructure. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintaining and growing client relationships while seeking out new business opportunities. Overseeing project management reporting and ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing. Managing team performance and ensuring high‑quality deliverables. Guiding team members with mentorship, technical support, and leadership. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas. 10+ years of experience in site development (commercial, industrial, multi‑family). 5+ years of project management experience. Strong technical skills with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with municipalities, cities, or counties (preferred). MUD District experience (preferred). A collaborative, mentorship‑oriented mindset. Why Join This Team?
