Onsite Affordable Housing Leader & Leasing Manager

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an apartment community under the Community Manager. You will lead on-site staff, manage rent collection, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines while optimizing cash flow and occupancy.
