Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities in Fort Worth, TX. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating with vendors and maintaining tool inventories. You will uphold Greystar safety standards, MSDS and OSHA guidelines, and deliver responsive service to residents while supporting budget planning and cost-control initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
