Fish Window Cleaning of Fort Lauderdale is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial customer base throughout Broward County. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities, this could be a great fit. You'll represent an established national brand while working with a locally owned and operated business focused on growth. Our sales approach is friendly, professional, and relationship-driven — no high-pressure tactics. What You'll Do
- Visit local businesses, storefronts, restaurants, offices, and commercial properties to introduce our services.
- Identify prospective customers and decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate on-site estimates for window cleaning services.
- Follow up with prospects to convert estimates into new customers.
- Develop recurring commercial accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Work toward established sales and revenue goals.
- Identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable approaching businesses and starting conversations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
