About the Role

STARR Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef to lead Pastis West Palm Beach, the celebrated New York brasserie making its debut at The Nora Hotel.

This is a rare opportunity to helm an iconic concept—bringing Parisian energy, precision, and style to one of South Florida’s most anticipated openings. The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on leader with a deep respect for classic technique, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering vibrant, high-volume dining experiences.

Reporting directly to the property’s Culinary Director, this role will oversee all culinary operations for Pastis West Palm Beach while also partnering closely on in-room dining and banquet culinary execution throughout the hotel. The Executive Chef will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and culinary consistency across multiple service styles and guest touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant
• Strong foundation in French/brasserie cuisine preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development
• Highly organized with strong financial and operational acumen
• A commitment to excellence and an eye for detail
• Experience supporting or leading new restaurant openings is a plus
