Paralegal – Wage & Hour Class Action
Locations: Los Angeles, Irvine, or Oakland, CA
Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys on wage & hour class action cases. This is a high-volume role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
What You’ll Do- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy
- Conduct legal research and gather case information
- Manage case files and maintain deadlines/calendars
- Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep
- Communicate with clients and support attorneys day-to-day
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in employment law (wage & hour preferred)
- Strong experience with e-filing (state and federal courts)
- Experience handling discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw)
- Experience with case management systems (Litify or similar)
- Spanish a plus
- $35–$57/hour depending on experience
