Kenworth Division of PACCAR has an immediate opening for a Warranty Analyst Team Lead to join our Warranty Team in Renton, WA. PACCAR is a Fortune 500 company established in 1905. Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Provide onboarding/training support for new employees/as needed
• Provide best-in-class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
• Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities
• Work closely with external/internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Able to travel as needed (<5%)
• Work with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims per the established guidelines
• Work in a collaborative environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4-year degree completed or in progress required
• 3+ years of experience required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
• Good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives
• Ability to create and manage ad-hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals, a plus
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines when dealing with areas of ambiguity
• Comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data-driven answers to questions about the material processed
