Warranty Customer Service Rep

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly

Location: In Office; Auburn, WA

Wage Scale : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Benefits : Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service tasks and problem-solving with customers (builders)
• Investigate claims from builders, confirm if claims are valid and are covered by warranty
• Review all warranties
• Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into data base
• Dispatch and schedule service technicians
• Creating and establishing great relationships with our builders
• Log all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Various administration duties
• Other duties maybe assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and professional telephone skills
• Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace, or garage industries is a plus

• Ability to learn and understand technical aspects

• Ability to use basic software such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Regular attendance is required
