Accounts Receivable Manager

Leading complex collection strategies, the full-time salaried Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the collections team, drive timely cash recovery, and improve overall collections performance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead complex collection processes across multiple business units, focusing on insurance-related receivables and escalated collection matters Oversee day-to-day operations of the collections team, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash recovery and reduce delinquency across assigned portfolios Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5+ years of progressive collections or accounts receivable experience, including management of complex portfolios 2+ years of leadership experience managing collection staff Strong experience in managing complex collection processes within the insurance industry Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
