Revenue Cycle Specialist

Full-Cycle Revenue Cycle Specialist (Spoanish & English) prefered to join our healthcare administration team. Position Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the clinic's full revenue cycle in-house , from insurance verification and billing through claims follow-up, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials, and final account resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes and will be responsible for identifying payment discrepancies, following up with insurance companies and patients, protecting clinic revenue, and maintaining accurate and organized financial records. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a clinical office environment. Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Requirements Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes . Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with medical billing and insurance processes. Understanding of insurance eligibility and benefits. Experience reviewing EOBs and ERAs . Knowledge of copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and patient responsibility. Experience with claims submission and follow-up. Experience with denied, rejected, or underpaid claims. Knowledge of accounts receivable processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare staff. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. EHR/practice-management experience preferred. Previous experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, or healthcare administration preferred. Medical billing certification is preferred but not required. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience with EHR/practice-management systems preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
