Job Summary


Our client is seeking a Health Information Specialist responsible for processing medical records requests, ensuring continuity of care, and handling a high volume of calls daily. The role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient operations within a centralized business office environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Process medical records requests for continuity of care from hospitals or physician groups, and treatment facilities.
• Send records back to requestors such as hospitals or continuing care facilities.
• Manage and respond to approximately 85 calls daily.
