Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

Paid Training

• Two weeks of paid training at $19.50 per hour

After Training

• Upon achieving Clear to Close status, your hourly rate increases up to $23.00 per hour
• Performance and merit-based increases up to $28.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to understand their healthcare needs
• Educate consumers on health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options
• Recommend and enroll customers in the health plan that best fits their needs
• Build trust through a consultative sales approach
• Meet or exceed performance, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence expectations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

Required

• Michigan Health Insurance License: Candidates must hold an active Michigan health insurance license or be able to obtain one prior to beginning employment. Any offer of employment may be withdrawn if the candidate is unable to obtain the required Michigan license or cannot provide satisfactory proof that a license application has been submitted and is expected to issue prior to the hire date.
• Active Florida 2-40 Health License or 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License
• Minimum 2 years of health insurance sales experience , either with an insurance carrier, agency, brokerage, or individual sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
• ACA/Marketplace health insurance sales experience
