Reporting to the CMO, you'll oversee digital advertising execution, provide strategic direction for our analytics function, and drive continuous improvement of our digital user experience.### **Primary Responsibilities**You'll develop and oversee comprehensive paid digital strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms, managing six-figure budget allocation, campaign optimization, and agency partnerships. You'll provide strategic oversight for Family First's marketing analytics function, working with the analytics team to set measurement priorities, define frameworks, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for leadership. You'll also lead digital experience optimization efforts, collaborating with web development teams on conversion rate improvement, testing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between acquisition channels and on-site experience.
