Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
