Exciting Opportunity for Pediatric Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist Job Description: - Assignment Length: 13 Weeks - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 5x8 Days (08:00 - 17:00) - Experience Required: 1 Year (First Timers Accepted with 2 Years of Experience) - Certifications Required: - BLS - AK PT License - Skills Required: - Pediatric Experience per UD - On-call Requirement: No - Weekend Requirement: - Some weekends required (approx. 1-2 weekend shifts per month) - Floating Requirement: Not applicable - Block Schedule: Not accommodated - Local Candidates: Not accepted (Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility) - Pending License: Accepted (Must have license in hand for Auto Offer) - RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal.
