Fire Alarm Supervisor

The Fire Alarm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of fire alarm technicians, ensuring that services are performed efficiently, meeting both customer and company standards. This role includes scheduling, training, and supervising technicians while maintaining a high level of service quality. In coordination with Human Resources, the supervisor will also handle hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations of team members.

Duties and responsibilities include supervision of fire alarm team, customer service, project management, budget oversight, material and equipment management, training and development, compliance and documentation, auditing and quality control, business development, performance management, emergency services, decision-making authority, and safety compliance.

Job specifications include strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, competent reading of blueprints, strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, valid driver's license, conflict resolution abilities, and a positive demeanor.

Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 5+ years of experience in fire alarm systems, NICET Level II certification, and proven experience in supervising fire alarm teams.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds, work at heights and in confined spaces, stand for extended periods, drive and travel to various job sites, and work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
