Marketing Assistant

Swift Events is a face-to-face marketing and events firm working with clients across telecoms, energy, charity, and lifestyle brands. We're growing our Cleveland team and looking for a Marketing Assistant to help take campaigns from planning to the pavement. What you'll be doing Representing client brands at in-person marketing activations, pop-ups, and community events Engaging directly with the public to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads Rotating across different client campaigns and sectors - no two weeks look the same Tracking campaign performance and feeding insights back to the team Supporting event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics What we're looking for Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking to people you've just met A team-first attitude with the drive to hit individual targets Reliable, punctual, and happy to travel locally between campaign sites Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required - we provide full product and campaign training What you'll get Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses Hands-on coaching from experienced campaign leads Clear progression opportunities into team lead and campaign management roles A social, ambitious team culture Swift Events is an equal opportunity employer.
