(You will be servicing customers in Cookeville and the surrounding area - while reporting to team training in our Nashville location) What You’ll Do: · Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and circuits, including trenching and underground work. · Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot. · Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth. · Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. · Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism. What You’ll Bring: · Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred). · Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. · Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. · Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged. · Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
