Project Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking elite-level Project Managers to lead the delivery of aggressive, fast-track hyperscale data center construction projects. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, owning outcomes, wearing multiple hats, and driving clarity across ambiguity. You will be site-aligned, managing end-to-end project delivery while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities: Own full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept to turnover. Serve as the single point of accountability for site-level scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. Drive fast-track execution strategies, phased turnovers, and parallel workstreams. Identify and eliminate constraints, long‑lead risks, and execution bottlenecks. Participate in design discussions and ensure constructability, schedule realism, and cost discipline. Coordinate procurement of mission‑critical equipment and manage vendor performance. Lead construction management, enforcing safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Integrate efforts across engineering, operations, and finance to ensure project success. Track and report site‑level KPIs, adopting PMO tools and governance frameworks. Qualifications: 10+ years of project management experience in large‑scale construction or mission‑critical facilities. Direct experience delivering data centers is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of electrical power systems and mechanical cooling systems. Experience managing projects or programs valued between $50M–$500M+. Strong commercial acumen related to contracts, change orders, and forecasting. Willingness and ability to travel and be site-embedded when required. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
