Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion.
- Ensure delivery of cost-effective, professional patient care that results in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
- Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of the patient experience.
- Maintain the highest level of patient safety within the unit.
