What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a Level I Trauma Center setting
• Triage incoming patients and interpret dysrhythmias
• Administer emergency medications and perform procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Document clinical activities accurately using EPIC
• Support a patient ratio of approximately 1:3.5
• Collaborate with a dedicated, 24/7 hospital team

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Comfortable with procedures like dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medication administration, and ventilator management
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
