Food Service Attendant

Under the general direction of the Manager of Support Services, the Food Service Worker provides assistance and support to Food and Nutrition Services to ensure quality operations. Perform basic, entry-level kitchen duties, including, but not limited to, cleaning, sanitizing, transport, simple food preparation and tray line activities. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
