Personal Injury Paralegal OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced pre-litigation and litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.What You'll DoManage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlementDraft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documentsCommunicate directly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counselOrder, organize, and summarize medical records and billsCalculate damages, liens, and prepare settlement statementsMaintain case files and deadlines using firm case management softwareAssist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness coordinationTrack statutes of limitations and ensure all deadlines are metCoordinate with out of state counsel on matters around the countryWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2+ years of experience as a paralegal at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm (required)Strong working knowledge of personal injury law and litigation proceduresExperience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claimsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency with case management software and Microsoft OfficeParalegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) planSupportive, collaborative team environmentOpportunity for professional growthRobertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm offering employees the opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong growth potential.
