Pharmacy Technician – Patient Care Coordinator (Intake)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support specialty pharmacy intake operations. This role focuses on reviewing referrals, verifying prescription and patient information, and coordinating with providers to ensure timely prescription processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review referrals for accuracy and completeness

• Create and update patient profiles

• Perform initial prescription reviews

• Communicate with providers regarding missing information, clarifications, and referral status

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records

• Update provider information in pharmacy systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience (excluding trainee experience)

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License

• Current PTCB Certification

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
