Key Responsibilities Assist guests with their needs to ensure a welcoming dining experience Help servers by refilling non-alcoholic beverages and delivering food Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and other restaurant areas throughout your shift Perform side-work such as filling ice bins, rolling silverware, and restocking server stations Observe guest dining experience and pre-bus tables to enhance service Communicate guest requests and concerns to servers and management Follow company policies, sanitation standards, and dress/grooming guidelines Qualifications and Skills Must be at least 16 years old with a valid food handler's license Display a friendly, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable with strict adherence to schedules and clock-in/out times Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to perform all job duties with or without reasonable accommodation Location: Leon Springs Willie’s Grill & Ice House offers careers focused on a high-energy, family-friendly Texas Icehouse tradition.
