Compensation:

$65,000 - $90,000 depending upon experience In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based year-end bonus. Bonuses are tied to firm performance and individual contribution, including case preparation, case development, and overall impact on results. High performers have the opportunity to earn above base compensation. Additional Benefits Include: Paid time off (2 weeks after one year) Standard national holidays. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing various documents for trials, hearings, and discovery by organizing and managing case files.
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, ensuring they understand case progress and next steps.
• Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish to maintain clear client interactions.
• Coordinate with external parties, such as witnesses and court officials, to schedule meetings and depositions.
• Maintain meticulous records of case details, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a law firm setting for at least two years, demonstrating your ability to manage case files and support attorneys effectively.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, enabling you to translate legal documents and facilitate clear communication with clients.

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research, gathering relevant information to support case strategies and ensuring accuracy.

• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain meticulous records of case details, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court officials, ensuring smooth scheduling and interactions.
